ANODE 2014 Festival and Symposium

ANODE (“Artistic New Orleans: Discussions & Extensions”) 2014 is a series of contemporary music concerts, public discussions, gallery shows, and educational events taking place in New Orleans and Chicago in April 10-14, 2014.  ANODE 2014 will showcase a diversity of both established and up and coming contemporary musicians, explore the visual documentation of their music through scores and sketches, and feature numerous premieres of compositions by composers based in New Orleans and from throughout the world.

ANODE 2014 is undertaken in geometry of sound_installation 001partnership with Coup d’oeil Art Consortium and the Tulane University Music Department, and generously supported by funds from the Harry and Alice Eiler Foundation, inc, the Newcomb College Institute of Tulane University, the Goethe-Institut Chicago, and New Music USA.
